This is an agreement between Squizz Inc., a Nevada corporation, the owner of ReactChat and you the user. Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By downlaoding and using this service you acknowledge and accept these terms of service, and the ReactChat privacy policy, http://reactchat.com/privacy. If you choose to not agree with any of these terms, you may not use ReactChat and if you have an account you must delete it.

To Use ReactChat, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide ReactChat with your mobile phone number. You also acknowledge and agree that in order to provide service, ReactChat needs access your contact list and/or address book on your mobile device to find and keep track of mobile phone numbers of other users.

ReactChat is meant to be a fun experience for all users age 13 and over. Since we don't know how old you are it is the resposiblity of the parents or guardians of those under 13 to restrict use.

Since we do not restrict or monitor the content that is sent please respect the norms of society when sending messages. You are not allowed to depict or distbiute any illegal activity through ReactChat. You are responsible for your own actions while using ReactChat. You may also not disrupt or intefere with the enjoyment of other users through harmful acts. As the old saying goes treat others how you wish to be treated.

By using ReactChat you agree to be filmed and said footage will be sent back to the orignating user. This reaction footage is not allowed to be distributed in any way without the consent of the filmed party.

You reatain all ownership rights personal content sent and received in ReactChat but by submitting them in ReactChat you grant us the right to use this content in a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide transferrable manner.

Messages sent by our users through ReactChat may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by ReactChat. ReactChat has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. By using the React Chat, you expressly acknowledge and agree that ReactChat is not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website. So basically if you receive any unsolicited spam through ReactChat dont click it.

By using ReactChat you agree that you are using ReactChat for personal not commercial use. You may not state in any way that ReactChat has endorsed or approved any message or product. If you use ReactChat for commercial use or spamming your account will be deleted forever. Nobody likes spammers!

You may not use scrapers, robots, spiders, crawlers or any other programs to access ReactChat data. You are also not allowed to try to reverse engineer or in any way disrupt the fuctionality or discover the source code of ReactChat. If you try to alter or breach the security of ReactChat you will be pusihed to the highest extent permitted by law. Nobody likes criminals!

You are not allowed to develop any thrid party applications or services that interact with ReactChat without our prior approval.

Keeping your personal account information private is your responsibility. You are not allowed to share an account with another party. That also means you are not allowed to use someone else's account.

ReactChat has the right to refuse service, delete, or discontinue at any time based on our own discretion.

You may not use any of ReactChat materials contained on or within the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, code, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials. You may not use the ReactChat name as stated by our trademark.

ReactChat respects the right to intellectual property of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of, upon notice, restricting access to or deleting content that infringes a third party’s copyright and, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, terminating account holders or other users of the Services who are deemed to be repeat infringers of a third party’s copyrighted work. Any dispute between you and Reactchat will be governed by these Terms and the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Clark County in the state of Nevada.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue ReactChat or any features or any part without prior notice. You agree that we will not be held liable for any modification, suspension or termination of React.
